Once you decide to start an ebusiness at some point the smart thing to do is to incorporate that ebusiness. There is a lot of information online to research about business incorporation and what is the best corporate entity type to choose. Why do I recommend registering your new company in Florida?
There are two main sites for incorporation – Delaware and Nevada. When anyone sees that your company is registered in one of these two states the association that comes to mind is “Fly by night” company. There has been a glut of incorporations in these two states, and those companies that are bogus, temporary, scammers – tend to incorporate in these two states.
Choose Florida instead for great tax rates, low cost incorporation, and ease of registration and administration of your new business.
