I just saw a beta version of the new Google Adwords keyword tool that I wanted to let everyone know about.

Inside adwords choose a campaign, an ad group and go to keywords tab.

On the right side is the link for using the Keywords Tool -  click that.

You’ll see this screen below and, if you’re lucky – the link to the new beta Adwords Keyword Tool. Click it!

Below is a big screenshot (click to enlarge) of the tool. Notice the value for average CPC?

Nice…

Notice on the lower left the categories you can choose from?

Nice…

Another thing that isn’t evident from the screen shot is that there are larger numbers of keyword results displayed. I did a search that had 800 keywords available…

Nice!

What is Inc. Answers About?

incanswers

Here’s an interesting free service that attempts to show in graphical form what a website or group of words is all about. It’s a text cloud that shows frequently used words in IncAnswers.com as larger and less frequently used words as smaller. The most common English words were removed from the result.

Actually I’ll do my own list of what this site is about… without looking at the above and see how it compares…

1. eBusiness

2. eMarketing

3. eSales, eCommerce

4. Helping people create a new business.

5. eLearning, ebusiness training courses.

6. Online tools, Web 2.0, Social media tools.

Doesn’t match up all that well but maybe you’ll have a different result? The site is Wordle.net. You can paste a url in or even a block of text. Try it out. You can change the fonts to any of 20+ types, color scheme, shape of the cloud, etc.

Web 2.0 Online Training Courses

web2.0Web 2.0 is the second generation of web development and design. This 2nd wave is focused on communication, information sharing over secure channels, interoperability between computer systems and software, and group collaboration online.

There is a need, if you have an online business or if you’re thinking about starting an ebusiness, to understand all the pieces in the big game. Part of Web 2.0 is social media… do you know what social media and the internet revolution means to your online business?

It means – swim or sink. It means if you don’t “get” Web 2.0, is it realistic to think you’re going to get Web 3.0? It’s coming – will you be ready?

If you don’t keep up with most of what’s going on you’re going to sink online… There will always be successful online businesses and these business owners are the ones that understand they have to keep up and adapt to all the changes taking place online. Gone are the days of flashing text on websites. Why? It was a novelty and wore off. Now it’s a death sentence to a site.

What are some more recent death sentences? Poor user experience, poor graphics, nonexistent SEO, broken links, sending spam offers.

Off-site there are a whole lot of marketing developments that are taking place. Facebook, Twitter, Squidoo, Delicious, Digg, Stumbleupon. There are more coming out daily.

Do you need to keep up with all of them?

Impossible. But, you’d better know what they are and how they can help your business. There are certain services you NEED to know how to use. You’d better understand Google and what it can do for you. You’d better understand Facebook. Twitter. Stumbleupon, Technorati.

“Web 2.0 is the business revolution in the computer industry caused by the move to the Internet as a platform, and an attempt to understand the rules for success on that new platform.” Tim O’Reilly

Over the next few months I’ll be releasing online training lessons for these essential services and some others that you need to get up to speed on.

Unfortunately as you’ve already found out – great information that’s put together in a logical way and that gives you the entire picture is not free. It’s very rare that you get it even when you pay for it. The problem is that content creators are looking at it from the wrong perspective – their own.

Elearning courses you’ll find here go from the perspective of newbie user. That doesn’t mean you don’t get the advanced level information – you DO. What it means is I go slowly and explain it all so you aren’t missing any pieces of the puzzle. You’ve got to know not only HOW to use online tools to help further the success of your business, but you’ve got to know WHY you’re using them so you know WHEN to use them and when to stop and move on to the next level.

Anytime you purchase any online course (Ebusiness 34 Lesson Primer or PRO Course) you’ll be able to contact me through the membership forum to ask questions about anything you don’t understand about the course – but also – any online business question you want to ask me. There is a group of professionals just like you that all know pieces of the puzzle interacting in the forum. It’s likely that we, as a group can help you with whatever problem you’re having.
